Historically, applicants have had 60 days from the date of payment of application fees to remit any additional requested information when an application is rejected for more information. SB 98 (Chap. 24, Stats. 2020) extended the validity of fees for an application that is rejected for additional information to 120 days for the period from March 19, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
