California Health and Human Services Agency (CalHHS) and California Department of Social Services (CDSS), in partnership with WestEd, are excited to announce the launch of a comprehensive suite of 12 new online professional development module series designed for early learning and care professionals in all roles and settings. These module series offer engaging, interactive online learning experiences that present current and relevant content. In addition, each series provides purposeful activities, tools for reflection, and resources that extend the learning experience.
The module series, offered in multiple languages, will launch in multiple phases and be available on California Early Childhood Online (CECO). In addition, content overviews for each series will be available on the Preschool Development Grant Birth through Five and Quality Counts California websites.

The first phase launched January 31, 2023, and includes the following:
- Leadership in Family Child Care Settings (11 professional development clock hours)
